Randy and Lisa have traded in their faithful Marauder after over 14,000
miles for the LC. The reason for the change in bikes, was do to continuing
problems with the swing arm bearings on the Marauder. It became apparent
that for two up riding a bigger machine was needed. Remember that the
Marauder develops a tremendous amount of power, and will try to move what
ever you load on the thing. Even to the point of self destruction, it will
pull. This is not meant to down grade the Marauder, just a heads up to
those that plan to mostly ride two up.
Please take a look at the bottom
three pictures of the Auxiliary Driving Lights. The mounting system that
Randy came up with is clean, inexpensive and simple. And, "SIMPLE" is
sometimes the hardest idea to come up with. It uses the existing brackets
for the curser pegs. The polished Aluminum Angle, replaces the washer that
was between the clamp. Plus, you still have the total adjustability for
aiming the lights, without having to loosen off the peg clamps.
