What’s going on in Near

The Biker Board in North East Arkansas has big plans for Bikers for Babies 2001.

 

On Saturday night, September 8, from 6:00 -10:00 p.m., there will be a BIKER BASH at the Holiday Inn on Caraway Road with food and music. Register, turn in your donations and receive your incentive prizes early to avoid the long lines on Sunday morning.

 

The Holiday Inn on Caraway Road is offering a special $49.00 rate for those who wish to come in early. This rate is good for Friday and/or Saturday night. Call the Holiday Inn at 870-932-2030 and mention March of Dimes Bikers for Babies.

 

LEAVING JONESBORO AT 8:00 A.M.

To make the trip to Toad Suck more relaxed and give us a little extra time, we will be leaving Jonesboro one hour earlier than last year, at 8:00 a.m. Day-of registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. and departure at 8:00 a.m. from the Jonesboro High School Parking lot on Main Street

What s going on in Central Arkansas

Please join us for Biker Boogie, sponsored by 3C Cycle Service, the pre-registration party that will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2001 from 12 noon-8 pm. The event will take place at the new Clear Channel Communications Building on Colonel Glenn Rd., off 1-430, in Little Rock. Our Biker Boogie will be held in conjunction with KSSN’s Blacktop Boogie, and we expect a great event, filled with plenty of good food and music. Bring your wallet and your checkbook for the first-ever Biker Boogie Auction.

What’s going on in South Arkansas

Bikers for Babies continues to grow in South Arkansas with the establishment of a South Arkansas Bikers Board and the addition of a new starting location in Fordyce. Call Division Director Amanda Daugherty at 870-862-1559 to find out more about the Ride.

*Registration at the Conoco Station in El Dorado begins at 7:15 a.m. Riders depart at 7:45 a.m.

 

*Bikers meet at the Exxon Station in Fordyce at 8:30 a.m. and depart at 8:45 a.m.
